Edition 2-YEP MED VT1-OT1 port logistics trainings started today in Beirut

The EU funded project Yep Med resumed today its training programs activities in Beirut by launching edition 2 of THE Vocational & Occupational training program in port logistics (VT1-OT1). This training attracted 70 Lebanese young men and women who showed interest and engagement in shaping their blue skills in port logistics arena and ensure a better employability and job opportunities in this sector.

Organised by Beirut Chamber, this YEP MED VT1 program will introduce the participants over 4 days to the Lebanese maritime sector and port of Beirut, custom services, supply chain management, international regulations, freight forward, shipping lines and multimodal Chain characteristics . Participants will get hands on each elaborated module and explore with the expert trainers many related practical cases (Agenda : https://lnkd.in/ekb8smQ9)

The next YEP MED training courses VT2-VT3 in Beirut will take place 21 February till 7 Mar 2022. Participants who attend the full training program will be awarded the YEP MED certificate of completion signed by the Beirut Chamber.
